What are your USP’s? What does your target client look like? What is YOUR Message? What does “qualified” look like? Who is the best person to do this? (Hint – it’s not you). How are you booking appointments?
Execute

Run connections and get on the phone.  We will share Tips around do’s and don’ts – NOT to 100%! “Perfect is the enemy of good”

Attend

What is your plan?  How will you run the meeting? Do you send out a note or a video or call beforehand to confirm your attendance?
Do you send an email with an agenda prior to the meeting?
Follow Up

Have a structured follow up process in place for post meeting?
Ensuring that you send an email immediately after a meeting to thank for time (Simple but people just don’t)
