This month we will be looking at pulling our personal and business goals and priorities together to develop one or two critical numbers for each role in our business. The key question and format is very similar to the company priorities and we are answering the question: ‘What does good look like for me in my role over the next 90 days?’ or ‘When we meet again at the end of the 90 days, what has to have happened for me to consider it a successful quarter?’
This whole approach is incredibly powerful when implemented properly – and one of the fundamental reasons is that it is the singular best approach to bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
