Leadership cuts across everything. Early on, it's around developing our own skills as a leader, but around the 8 to 12 level we need to be developing the leaders behind us within the business. If we can't do that, then we become the roadblock.

It is an art not a science, this suggests that there is not just one way of leading that is right or wrong necessarily, we all have a different way of doing it. It is more about developing our own authentic leadership style. Art, like leadership, also develops and grows with practice - so it is an art not a science.
